With Christmas right around the corner, I thought I'd do another holiday look. This one is a bit more traditional because it incorporates green, but it's very wearable as it's set off by a brown crease and liner. I took pictures step by step to make it easy to recreate.
After priming your eye and doing your eyebrows, apply a light mint color to the inner 2/3 of your lid. |
Pick a darker green color and apply it to the outer 1/3 of your lid. I used a medium green, but you can go as dark as you'd like. |
Next, apply a brown of your choice to the outer V and crease. I chose a medium reddish brown, but you can use whatever you like. You could go darker than this, but I decided to tone it down. |
Lastly, apply brown liner, mascara, and a highlight shade. |
I smudged out my bottom liner with a bit of dark green shadow. |
The finished eyes. |
You can pair this with whatever lip color you feel like. I didn't show one because I didn't feel like putting on foundation today. I think a light pink or even a red would look great with this. I hope you have a Merry Christmas or whatever you celebrate and have lots of fun with your family and friends. Be safe and I'll see you later!
got me all inspired for some christmasy eyeshadow - need to think what to do!
