So my hair journey has finally come to a point where I never thought I'd be. I finally put on my big girl panties and bleached my hair! I also dyed it fuchsia. So here is my hair journey over the last few months. It's been quite a ride and I'm happy to finally be at this point. I might not keep this color forever, but I love it for now!

This is my natural hair color. Although I like it, I was ready for a change. I don't like keeping the same color for long. |

Fail color. I didn't like this very much at all. In unnatural light, it looked really brassy. I used Medium Auburn 42 by Revlon Colorsilk. |
|
Here I just dyed Ion Color Brilliance Brights in Fuchsia over my already dyed red hair. I loved the effect. It looked like an awesome red violet, and took away all of the brassy tones. |

Here I am with Prism Lites Blue bleach on my head. I used a 20% developer, and left it on for about 40 minutes. I missed some of my roots, but oh well. I didn't feel like buying more bleach or dealing with it again. This stuff seemed to be very gentle on my hair. It's probably because I used such a weak developer. I strongly recommend you do strand tests on your hair before doing your whole head. It will give you an idea of what time you need to leave it on. |

Freshly bleached hair. Yes, I'm a creamsicle. Sexy, I know. |

The finished product in natural light! I used the same Ion Color Brilliance Brights in Fuchsia that I used over my dyed red hair. I look like a raspberry. YUM.

All in all, I'm very happy with my hair. Next time, I might go for a purple by Special Effects. I want to try Pimpin' Purple. It looks super pretty! I know this is a long post, so thanks for reading if you stuck around this long! Good bye!
